Welcome to the estate of Phil Maloof whose love of art, music, entertainment, and history are abundantly displayed in rooms built in tribute as a rightful place of honor. Labored, crafted and restored by Bob Maes and Rebecca Conway, in hopes that this magnificent home will be here for generations to come.

The new life in Las Vegas started with a modest English Tudor home of 4,500 square feet. It was Maes' task to design and build the new 5,000 square foot music room to hold the newly acquired Granada Theatre Barton. It was during the early stages of construction that Bob Maes met local Las Vegas artist and designer Rebecca Conway. It was Rebecca's talent in visual design and color that added the finishing touches which completed the room's bold, contrasting atmosphere. Their talents and ideas worked so well together that they have worked on continued projects ever since.

Of the many treasures that are saved within the estate of Phil Maloof, over 1,800 works of art are included from rich oil paintings to statues and fountains which even adorn the landscaping outside. Stained glass as well, designed by Rebecca Conway, adds to the collective estate and is designed to represent a bygone era reminiscent of true Hollywood. As the light falls through the stained glass, it glistens pictures of women in the prime of their beauty and fame such as Clara Bow, Betty Grable, Marilyn Monroe and Mae West. Prisms of color gleam on slick marble floors and the shadows which follow lay delicately strewn across statues of magnificence, highlighting expressions of passion and romance.
